The Dragon Festival is a small Renaissance Festival that raises funds to save Dragon Pointe. I honestly know nothing about the fundraiser but I like Renaissance Festivals. Andrew and I have attended a few together and it was nice to take the kids to one since they dont remember the festival in Iowa when we lived there a few years ago.
There were vendor booths and tons of activities. There were pony rides, fencing, misc games and tons of food.
Unfortunately, Gabriel was overwhelmed quickly so our time was limited. Alex got in the stocks.
Lane insisted on becoming a real princess and froze when royalty walked past her.
The boys fought with "swords" in order to pop each other's balloons. Alex won and wanted a bigger challenge but the line was far too long to allow for another sword fight.
