I bought two cupboard doors from Habitat for $2 each a couple weeks ago. This past week Lane and I bought paint to transform the boring cupboard doors into something fabulous.
I had never worked with magnetic or chalk paint before but the ideas I've seen and imagined are endless. While I could buy a magnetic board and chalkboard at the store, this had more meaning to me. (and hopefully my kids one day)
I pulled out the smaller door and turned it into magnetic magic for the kids. It will be hanging in their playroom soon. I also like that our $4 went to a great cause.
